Lot 158 - You drive past the beautiful entry fountains to the gates of Naples Motorcoach Resort. As the gates open you marvel at the beautiful landscaping and fountain in front of the club house. As you turn down your Royal Palm lined street, you see your personal oasis. You pull in and you once again are in awe of the beautiful landscaping, decorative pavers and what...... a lakefront view almost perfectly centered on the majestic fountain. The beautiful tiki which is set perfectly with your tiered patio give you a front row set to the most amazing Southwest Florida Sunsets you can ever imagine. You sit with your beverage of choice and toast to the ending of another perfect day. But what did you do today prior to the toast?? Well you took the community kayaks and launched them from the community boat ramp and went as far as the gulf of Mexico and back. After all of that you decided a nice dip in the infinity pool and sauna is in order. Again you are amazed at your location... your view to the right is of the beautiful sandy beach with fire tables and stairs that lead to the pool and spa and right behind that to the clubhouse. You can see from your spot your friends at the pool, and walk over. You are close enough for this to be a quick beautiful walk and far enough that you have your total privacy at your property. As you sit in the spa, you realize for the first time the sun/shade benefits of your lot... You always have shade somewhere if you want it, without being in the tiki. How great is this, not only for being outdoors, but the benefits to your coach not to mention your electric bill, lol! Your tropical plants on your site flourish in this perfect combination of sun and shade. You have truly found your paradise.
