A majority of the homes have stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, while some also have proximity to the beach, although not directly on the water.
One of the main draws of living in Aqualane Shores is the easy access to the beach. Residents can make use of one of the fourteen access points located between 14th and 18th Streets, with a hidden walkway accessible at the intersection of 21st Street South and Gordon Drive.
The popular 3rd Street South shopping and dining district in Old Naples is also a major attraction for Aqualane Shores residents. It is within walking distance and offers a great selection of restaurants and shops, as well as a beautiful setting for a sunset stroll.
The most coveted views in Aqualane Shores are those of Naples Bay, which offer magnificent vistas of sparkling morning sunlight and a constant display of boating activity. Among the 20 homes located on Aqua Cove, these views are best displayed, with the widest water views on offer.
Other streets with prime water views include 4th to 8th Streets South, with larger canals and superior homesites compared to those on the Avenues. Homes located on Forrest Lane, Jamaica Lane, Marina Drive and Southwinds Drive also offer larger properties and great water views.
Aside from the waterfront homes, there are also 9 properties that overlook lakes, and while these may not have Gulf of Mexico access, they offer peaceful and serene views.
About 20 homes are located a few blocks from the beach, and while they may not be directly on the water, they offer more affordable options for those wanting to live close to the beach.
Aqualane Shores is a popular destination for boating enthusiasts due to its deep water canals, with depths ranging from 8ft to 16ft. This allows for convenient and easy boating access, with no need to worry about tides or bridge clearances to reach the Gulf of Mexico. For those with larger vessels, the neighboring community of Port Royal may be more suitable, while other nearby neighborhoods such as Coquina Sands, Moorings, Royal Harbor, and Vanderbilt Beach also offer attractive boating options at more affordable prices.
